REIKI HEALING

Reiki or Reiki Healing (Rei meaning Universal and Ki meaning Life Energy) is an ancient practice of bringing the body back into balance through the use of an energetic healing transfer from practitioner to client. It is often said that when emotions in the energetic body are not dealt with or become stuck, this is when we experience physical symptoms. Reiki aims to release any blockages and bring the body back to homeostasis.

Each session begins with a chat about how you’re feeling, what has made you seek out a Reiki Healing and what you want to get out of your session. The Reiki Healing portion of the session is very non-invasive and we finish with a well being/take away conversation to make sure you’re supported when you leave your session.

CRYSTAL HEALING

Crystals hold powerful energy from the earthly elements they have grown in. These energies are used in healing sessions to help attune the body back to it’s natural rhythms and states of being. Crystals and Crystal healing can reconnect you to yourself and your intuition. We are often drawn to the type of crystal and energy that we need the most. Crystals can also be used in Chakra (energy centres within the body) balancing.

Each session begins with you choosing the crystal you are drawn to from a selection of palm stones, this is something you will have with you throughout the duration of the healing. Crystals throughout the session are either placed on certain Chakra’s that need support or, if a specific ailment needs to be addressed, a crystal grid can also be placed on the body for maximum effect and healing.
The session will commence and conclude with a comprehensive discussion on how you’re feeling, what lead you to crystal healing and what you would like to get out of your session.

KIDS HEALING

This healing is perfect for kid’s, to assist through big emotions and energy (their own and other people’s they may take onboard).
This session includes basic crystal knowledge, a short Reiki healing and a take home pack of tumble stones.

45min Session - $75
KIDS CRYSTAL WORKSHOP

This gentle workshop is aimed at introducing your child to the world of Crystals. We will delve into how crystals form, parts of a crystal, what they can do, how to choose a crystal, cleansing your crystals and feeling their energy utilising your child’s intuition.
Please note the age group for this workshop is 6+ years. One adult is welcome to accompany their child on the day.

The workshop runs for 1hr and your child will receive a take home workbook along with a collection of tumble stones that will be used and discussed during the workshop.

TAROT READINGS

Tarot is a deck of 78 cards, each with a different symbolism and story. The 22 Major Arcana cards represent life’s spiritual lessons. The 56 Minor Arcana cards reflect the experiences we face on a daily basis.

Using your full name, I tap into your energy and pull one card from the Tarot deck for your Past, one for your Present and one for your Future. I then sit in stillness with each card and ask Spirit for the guidance you need at this time for your highest good. Your reading is recorded with all the information that came to light and sent back to you via audio sound bite and a photo of your card spread.
